WayangAI is not a registered company secretary under Companies Act 2016 s.241and does not provide legal advice. We pre-fill SSM ezBiz / MyCoID forms only; you submit on the official portal and bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the data and the outcome of the registration. Government fees go directly to SSM.

Marketing copy, captions, and images produced by WayangAI are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate. You agree to review every output before publishing or sending. You are responsible for the legal compliance of anything you publish through your connected channels (WhatsApp, IG, FB, TikTok, websites).

You warrant that any halal claim made on your behalf is backed by a valid JAKIM MS1500:2019 certificate, uploaded into your tenant. WayangAI may strip unsubstantiated halal, medical, or therapeutic claims from generated output without notice.

You are responsible for obtaining recordable consent before adding any contact to a broadcast segment. Bulk messaging without consent violates the Personal Data Protection Act 2024 and Meta's Business Messaging Policy. WayangAI may suspend bulk sending if compliance gates are not met.

If you enable "personal mode", you acknowledge it violates WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service. Bulk messaging features are disabled. WayangAI is not liable for account bans, throttling, or data loss arising from personal-mode use.

Plans are billed in MYR. Service tax (SST) applies once WayangAI crosses the RM500k services threshold; this will be added transparently when applicable.

You indemnify WayangAI against claims arising from content you publish or send through the platform, including but not limited to MDTCA Trade Descriptions Act, KKM cosmetic claims, and PDPA marketing claims.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, save where AAIAC arbitration is mutually agreed.
